MY PRESTIGE CARD — CARD ARRANGEMENT AGREEMENT
Effective upon submission. This Agreement describes how MyPrestigeCard connects you with third-party credit card issuers and financial service providers. MyPrestigeCard is not a lender or credit card issuer.
1. CREDIT LIMIT. Credit limits are determined by the provider based on their eligibility and approval criteria. Many partner offers may include limits up to $1,000 or more for qualified applicants; however, amounts are not guaranteed.
2. INTEREST RATES. Interest rates and APRs are set by the provider. Providers may apply variable rates and penalty rates based on their terms and your account activity.
3. FEES. Fees, if applicable, are determined by the provider and may include annual fees, maintenance fees, transaction fees, or penalty fees depending on the product.
4. MINIMUM PAYMENT. Payment requirements are set by the provider. You may be required to make minimum payments as outlined in your provider’s agreement.
5. BILLING CYCLE. Billing cycles, statement dates, and grace periods are determined by the provider and may vary.
6. DEFAULT. Default conditions are defined by the provider and may include missed payments, exceeding limits, or violation of terms.
7. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT. Any disputes related to your account or financial product are governed by the provider’s agreement and may be subject to arbitration.
8. INTEREST CALCULATION & CREDIT REPORTING. Providers may calculate interest using methods such as average daily balance and may report account activity to credit bureaus, subject to their policies.
9. AUTHORIZATION. By submitting your information, you authorize MyPrestigeCard to share your details with third-party providers and partners for the purpose of matching you with financial products. Providers may verify your identity and evaluate your application based on their criteria.
10. ELECTRONIC CONSENT. You consent to receive communications electronically. Agreements with providers may be executed electronically in accordance with applicable laws, including the E-SIGN Act.
11. TCPA CONSENT. By providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive marketing and informational communications from MyPrestigeCard and its marketing partners, including calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and prerecorded or automated messages, at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by following opt-out instructions provided in communications.
